Meet the boutique wineries throughout the country and explore Israel’s varied terroir and the nuances of the wines produced here. Delve into the themes of the New Year through the wines and symbols of the holiday.
Short talks will be offered every hour on various topics including terroir, Israel’s wine-makers, and the history of wine in Israel.
