Jerusalem - Destruction to Construction

A tour for "Bein Hameytzarim (the period between the 17th of Tamuz and the 9th of Av:

During this three week period,  it is customary to say: "The one who enters Av lessens his/her happiness", in memory of the days of the destruction of the Second Temple and the toppling of the Jerusalem's walls in fire. Two thousand years after the destruction, we will try, in one evening, to tell the story of the destruction while walking through the alleys of the Old City.  We'll start with stories of the prophets, a band of rebels, kings, rulers and sultans that treaded on the streets of the city and we'll end at a lookout with one well-known biblical story and celebrate Jerusalem's evolution from Destruction to Rebuilding.

The tour is appropriate for children over the age of 6.
